My husband and I stay in Kihei, South Maui every year during the Whale Watching Season – Mid-January to the end of March when the Hump Back Whales come to Hawaii to give birth. It is magical to witness the mom and baby, the breaching and slapping of tails!
We highly recommend the Alii Nui Whale Cruise – fantastic catamaran, crew, food, and drinks. They even pick you up and drop you off at your hotel.

We saw the wonderful singer Pete Sebastian and guitarist Jeff Hornberg perform as well as the amazing Ron McNeil formerly of The Fab Four Tribute Band – Vegas.
